Aftersales Business Process Expert (BPE)

This is what we see as your role

In your role as BPE for Aftersales, your scope will be Service & Spares operational excellence and customer experience. This requires you to work in close partnership with business stakeholders, IT partners and BDR Group IT to design new optimised business processes. You will work with agile methodology, continuously bringing innovation of the IT solutions and rolling out the Kernel across the Group. This role will deliver a significant return to the business through performance improvement and customer experience. Along with the primary responsibility you will also be successful in the following:

  • Represent the group perspective during the blueprint design, collect and represent the requirements supporting end-to-end scenarios
  • Facilitate Business Process Review and GAP analysis in the countries
  • Review and test S/4 HANA Kernel
  • Determine new Ways of Working & future state processes
  • Facilitate change request (CR) process for the Business as Usual (BAU) activities
  • Lead Fit/Gap analysis explaining the group requirements,
  • Leading role in Gap resolution, escalate the GAP conflicts to the design authority board (CAB)
  • Review WRICEF catalogue as outcome of Fit/Gap workshop
  • Approve the Kernel design change functional specs
  • Deliver the business benefit realisation plan
  • Analyse Change Request impact and advise KBPO on solutions and addendums to the blueprint
  • Ensure robust testing of end-to-end processes
  • Support localisation of UAT integrated flows and support UAT.
  • Oversee local data cleansing activities
  • Active cut over support while leaving defect resolution and Intensive care to CoE and Local Support Teams

Your knowledge, skills, experience, and character include

  • You have significant experience in an aftersales lead position for at least 3 years
  • Work experience in a relevant industry is highly desired
  • You will be educated to degree level, preferably Masters
  • You can build productive working relationships and it’s essential that you can influence decision-making
  • Understand the need for change control, business controls and be committed to documenting all requests, processes, and specifications to the highest level
  • Capability to challenge the existing practices
  • You work effectively in a multifunctional, multicultural environment: The role requires close cooperation with local business units and other BPE’s across Europe
  • You are willing to travel up to 30-40% (once Covid restrictions permit)
