This is what we see as your role

At Total Rewards we take the lead for Total Rewards by building a strong foundation for the company, based on an ambitious strategy. We constantly work at three levels: strategically we evolve our rewards philosophy as the umbrella for our long-term goals. Tactically we are business partner in our area of expertise, which means understanding the business and listening very carefully to the needs and challenges of the business. Operationally, we run the C&B function, which includes all standard Performance Cycle related processes, Mobility, executive remuneration, job architecture and strategic workforce planning. 

Along with the primary responsibility you will also be successful in the following: 

  • Design, develop and implement a variety of total rewards related operating policies and procedures. 

  • Ensure all operational C&B activities are executed in accordance with the Total Reward Strategy and Internal Governance guidelines.  

  • Design and implementation of a job architecture framework, including job families, career paths and competency frameworks. 

Your knowledge, skills, experience and character include

  • Bachelor work and level of thinking, ideally additional training or experience in data analysis.  

  • Minimum of 5 years specialist experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits, ideally familiar with job grading, job architecture and career framework building. 

  • Fluent in English, second European language preferred. 

  • Strong affinity with the HVAC business BDRT is operating in is preferred

The Total Reward team consists of a Head of Total Rewards and is expanding now with a C&B Specialist. Additionally, the team works with contractors for specific projects, and relies on the global HR Community, with a strong local presence of total rewards experience.
