As our eCommerce manager you will play a key role in our sales & marketing organisation, creating a positive impact on business performance. This role is to drive the development of eCommerce business models and MVP’s (Minimal Viable Products), along with optimising our digital performance through data analysis and the creation of actionable insights. This position contributes to our corporate strategy by strengthening our customer intimacy, increasing lead generation and conversion to leverage sales and growth across BDR Thermea Group.
You will develop and assist with the prioritisation of eCommerce projects that are aligned to the needs of our customers, which includes all aspects of digital marketing such as websites, social media, marketing automation to transactional selling. You will be responsible for our eCommerce governance model and the main point of contact for reviewing and validating new eCommerce projects and change requests from our operating companies. In collaboration with our eCommerce MVP business leads and operating companies, you will co-ordinate the clarification of scope and business requirements for eCommerce projects. You, as the interface between business and Group IT Centre of Excellence (CoE) will work closely to deliver timely solutions and ensure functionality meets customer needs. Furthermore, you provide a common eCommerce KPI’s dashboard across the Group and create actionable insights. You develop a community of local eCommerce champions who share learnings and best practices.
In your role as eCommerce Manager, you are the spider in the web for everything related to eCommerce. You are driving the development of eCommerce business models and projects, aligned to customer needs. You bring the operating countries on the eCommerce journey with you and strengthen their digital offering. You facilitate knowledge sharing and the measurement of impact across the countries. You report to the Senior Group Brand & Customer Experience Manager. This role will play a significant part in contributing to the strategic ambition of becoming the customer’s first choice.
