This is what we see as your role

In your role as Business Supply Chain Project Manager you ensure that local ERP processes with the implementation systems and standards (like SAP 4HANA) meet the overall requirement of the BDR Thermea Target Operating Model (TOM) and IT (like Streamline, master data etc) principles. Part of the role is also ensuring an Integral Business Process implementation (roadmap) starting with S&OP. You ensure that local key users are involved, aligned and have the necessary competencies required. You also establish the operational targets and activities, as well as ensure that a reporting team performs to help achieve the set objectives. The role has autonomy to define the work processes. The position is one of the key players that have an influence over the business unit’s performance.

Along with the primary responsibility you will also be successful in the following:

• Key sparring partner in defining the long-term supply chain strategy for BDR Thermea Group in respect to systems and solutions.
• Manages local Key- and Power-users and other stakeholders actively in SAP 4HANA or other (future) tools and reporting systems.
• Manages consultants and other third-party resources that are dedicated to the supply chain stream of the project, including budget follow-up and reporting.
• Identifies critical requirements needed for the supply chain processes, in particular integrated topics, and ensures supply chain requirements are known and actioned adequately in other streams.
• Supports Continuous Improvement projects in countries where SAP 4HANA is implemented which entails amongst others: data analysis, data mining, process improvements and compliance audits.
• Identifies risks, assess risk-levels and probabilities, plans mitigating actions, seeks advice and escalates issues timely when required to the Key BPO (Group Operations and S/C Director)

Your knowledge, skills, experience and character include

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply chain management or Economics.
• ErP (SAP preferred) implementation experience.
• Broad experience in Supply Chain functions, ideally in a international production company.
• Excellent relationship management skills, including managing consultants.
• Negotiation and influencing skills, can convince based on facts (analytical skills).
• Fluent in English and at least two other languages.
• Preferbly you have experience with PowerBI or similar tools. Are a SAP Key- / Super user or have hands-on SAP IBP / S&OP (operational) experience.
