This is what we see as your role 

You will report to the Group HR Director and will support the BDU Spares and Service and have specialist project responsibility for talent acquisition, learning projects, whilst helping to build and develop an International HR Community! 

As part of your HR Business Partner role you are offered the opportunity to further specialize in areas of  HR expertise in which you have specific experience or for which you have specific passion such as  Talent  development,  Talent Acquisition, Change management or Learning & Development. The Global HR Business Partner's take turns in leading these processes for  the global HR community. This leaves space to see what works well as we are reshuffling some of the projectized specializations. In terms of high performance the HR Business Partner makes decisions, achieves results and creates customer value. In this position you inspire people by communicating and engaging at all levels whilst developing talent. You are passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships and actively support collaboration and integration of different perspectives to create successful teams. 

Along with the primary responsibility you will also be successful in the following:  

• Supports the delivery of the Group HR Strategy  
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR OPS process design 
• Manages talent acquisition  
• You are single point of contact for the Spares and Service BDU and actively participate as a member of the BDU MT  
• Acts as a ‘sparring’ partner for the Group HRD and other members of Group HR team  
• Acts as an HR functional excellence consultant and coach for the business  
• Identifies problems and finds solutions e.g. changes existing processes, systems and improves and adapts existing methods  
• Leads change initiatives as required  

Your knowledge, skills, experience and character include 

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or higher  
• Preferably around 10 years of experience in HR 
• Extensive experience with change processes 
• Global and data first mindset 
• You are known for your excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills 
• Influencing others and convincing, based on facts, comes natural to you
• You are a team player, solution driven and have a 'can do' attitude
• Fluent in English and preferably two other languages. 
• Sustainable future and customer centric focus
